NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — An overnight shooting at a gas station in the Bellshire area sent one person to the hospital.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD), officers responded to the scene at a gas station in the 3700 block of Dickerson Pike just before 2 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14.

Police said two vehicles arrived at the gas station when the vehicles' drivers began exchanging words. One of the drivers then fired a weapon.
The victim was shot twice in the leg and sustained non-life threatening injuries, police said.
