NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Interstate 65 Northbound was shut down due to a crash.
The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) said I-65 NB near Briley Parkway is closed "due to a crash involving a motorcycle and flatbed truck." The crash was reported shortly before 5 p.m., according to TDOT.
Traffic had been rerouted off the interstate at Exit 90A and back onto the on ramp, per TDOT.
TDOT Smartway maps showed extended traffic on I-65 North backing to the Cumberland River.
A follow-up post from TDOT at 6:26 p.m. said that all lanes were back open.
