MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has issued an AMBER Alert for an infant who is believed to be with his teen mother and aunt.
The TBI initially issued an Endangered Child Alert, but just before 9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5, the agency posted, "Based on additional investigative information developed during the search for the baby, it is now believed he is in imminent danger, elevating the Endangered Child Alert to an AMBER Alert."

According to the TBI, 2-month-old Truth Claybrooks is 1-foot 8-inches tall, weighs 20 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. Truth also has a medical condition that requires treatment.
Truth is believed to be with his mother, 17-year-old Jayla Claybrooks, and his aunt, 16-year-old Jone Claybrooks, who ran away from their home in Murfreesboro on Friday, Oct. 4, officials said.
Authorities described Jayla as 5-foot 1-inch tall and 101 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Meanwhile, Jone is reportedly 5 feet tall, weighs 97 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
