No injuries reported after car crashes into Smyrna eatery

SMYRNA, Tenn. (WKRN) — Authorities are investigating after a vehicle crashed into Smyrna business Tuesday evening.

According to the Smyrna Police Department, the vehicle crashed into Karin's Kustard & Hamburgers in the 400 block of Lowry Street on Tuesday, Nov. 26.

Authorities reported the codes department will respond to the business Wednesday morning to "check the site's structure."

The business took to social media Tuesday evening alerting customers they would be "closed until further notice" due to unseen events.

It remains unclear what led the car to crash into the building or when the business is expected to reopen.

No injuries were reported.
