NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) -- Some strong storms are possible Sunday. We have a marginal risk (1/5) for areas along I-40 and to the north.

The main threats with these storms will be heavy rain, gusty winds, and lightning.

Storms will fire up north of I-40 after 4 a.m. and last through mid-morning.
Then, another round of storms develops after 1 p.m. south of I-40 and moves out by dinner time.
In addition to the storms, a Heat Advisory will be in effect from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Sunday for areas south of I-40. Feels like temps could be up to 105!
