CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A portion of Peachers Mill Road remains closed Tuesday morning as police handle a crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle.
According to the Clarksville Police Department, the crash happened just before 3 a.m. on Tuesday, July 2 at Peachers Mill Road and Broadripple Drive.

Officials announced that a portion Peachers Mill Road is shut down, causing traffic to be diverted through a Publix parking lot.
The motorcyclist was reportedly flown to a Nashville hospital to receive treatment. As of this writing, the extent of his injuries remain unknown.

Motorists are being advised to find alternate routes until the roadway reopens. No other information about the crash was immediately released.
