NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Detectives are searching for a woman wanted for her connection in a deadly September shooting that occurred in the Napier area.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD), officers were sent to Green Street at approximately 2:19 a.m. on Sept. 8 to respond a shooting call.
As officers arrived to the scene, they reportedly found 32-year-old Dorothy Stephenson in the passenger seat of a Chevrolet Tahoe, suffering from a gunshot wound. Stephenson was pronounced dead at the scene.
More than a month after the deadly shooting occurred, police announced that 22-year-old Shakia Davdison was wanted for her role in the murder.

Authorities reported Davidson and Stephenson were acquaintances and were involved in an argument on Green Street.
