NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Detectives are investigating a Monday morning shooting that left at least one person injured in the parking lot of a North Nashville market.
According to Metro Nashville Dispatch, officers were sent to Resha's Bi-Rite Market in the 700 block of 25th Avenue North at approximately 9:17 a.m. to respond to reports about a shooting.

Authorities reported one person sustained injuries in the shooting and was taken to a local hospital. The extent of the victim's injuries remains unknown.
The Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) added that detectives are working to locate a potential suspect, who reportedly fled the scene in a silver car.
No additional details about the shooting were immediately released.
