ANTIOCH, Tenn. (WKRN) — A teenager was arrested Friday morning for his connection to an Antioch shooting, which resulted in the death of a restaurant owner.
Emilio Leyva-Hernandez, 17, was arrested nearly a week after his twin brother was taken into custody and charged for the same crime.

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD), the brothers used "an AR-style rifle" to open fire at a Dodge Charger in the parking lot of shopping complex in the 1300 block of Bell Road shortly before 11 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24.
However, 39-year-old Hwarang Joo was hit by the gunfire just as he was pulling away in his Volkswagen SUV. Joo's vehicle reportedly accelerated and crashed into a dental office.
Days after the murder, police announced 17-year-old Marcos Leyva-Hernandez was arrested and charged with criminal homicide, but his twin brother — Emilio — was still on the run.
On Friday, Dec. 6, police announced that Emilio was arrested by TITANS Unit detectives for his connection to the murder of Hwarang Joo. The 17-year-old was reportedly the passenger of a vehicle that was stopped by detectives on Hamilton Church Road.
The Leyva-Hernandez brothers remain in juvenile detention. No additional details were immediately released.
