NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Authorities are investigating an early Monday morning shooting in the MetroCenter area that left at least one person injured.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD), the shooting was reported just after 2 a.m. on Monday, July 29, at a gas station in the 2000 block of Rosa L. Parks Boulevard.
At the scene, officers told a News 2 crew that the shooting occurred following an altercation between two people.
Police said a man was shot in the arm and leg while at a gas station and then ran to a hotel for help. The man was reportedly taken to a local hospital.

It's remains unknown if any suspects were taken into custody. Additional details were not immediately released.
