NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Some storms are possible overnight and a few could be strong especially north and west of Clarksville. More widespread strong storms are likely Wednesday afternoon and evening as the Storm Prediction Center has put all of Middle TN and Southern KY under a marginal risk (level 1 out of 5).

The main threats from these storms will be heavy rain, damaging winds and hail.

Showers and storms are likely north and west overnight into early Wednesday morning. A few could be strong. However, the strongest storms will come in the afternoon and evening.
After the storms move out, high temps will be cooler on Thursday. However, don't get too used to it as we will heat up as we head into the weekend.
